Shipping & returns

Dispatch

Orders placed before 4 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out within 24 business hours.

Metro cities: 2–3 days. Rest of India: 4–6 days. You receive a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Flat ₹79 shipping across India. Free on all orders above ₹1499. Express shipping is free once your cart crosses ₹3499.

Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to us with your order number and we arrange the pickup.

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement immediately, at no cost to you.
